Terms of Service
1. Provider and services
deenaal.com is operated by BRAiNZ FOR CONSULTING - L.L.C - O.P.C, UAE Trade Licence No. CN-5010443, licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The services offered through deenaal.com are private advisory and consulting engagements. Current services include:
- Mental Hacking. Voice analysis, a 2-hour private live session, and a 30-day integration period with weekly check-ins.
- Systems Build. Voice-analysis and operating data used to design and build agreed bots, agents and artificial-intelligence-enabled systems, with an initial build delivered within 14 days and a six-week refinement period including two revision rounds.
Services are delivered remotely to clients internationally and are billed in USD.
2. Acceptance and payment
Submitting a request does not create an engagement. Engagements are accepted at the provider's discretion. If accepted, the client is given a secure payment route through an authorised payment provider, which may include Stripe or Ziina. Payment is completed before the engagement is scheduled or released for delivery.
3. Mental Hacking delivery
Mental Hacking includes voice analysis, a 2-hour private live session and a 30-day integration period with weekly check-ins. Voice analysis requires approximately seven days before the live session. The engagement must be activated within 60 days of acceptance/payment.
The provider may make up to three reasonable attempts to contact the client regarding booking. If the client does not respond or activate the engagement within the 60-day period, the engagement may be treated as abandoned in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Systems Build delivery
The initial Systems Build is delivered within 14 days after payment and receipt of the information, access and inputs reasonably required to begin. It is followed by a six-week refinement period that includes two revision rounds. Revisions must relate to the agreed scope and be requested during the refinement period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Systems Build may rely on third-party software, APIs, platforms or accounts. Where a third-party subscription, account or direct cost is required and is not expressly included in the engagement, the client is responsible for that third-party cost.
5. Scheduling, rescheduling and no-shows
A client may reschedule a live session up to three times without penalty when at least six hours' notice is provided. Further rescheduling is at the provider's discretion. Requests made within six hours of a scheduled session, and no-shows, may be treated as a used session at the provider's discretion, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
If the provider needs to reschedule, the client will be offered an alternative time without penalty. If the provider ultimately cannot deliver an agreed service, the refund provisions below apply.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, completing required recordings or inputs, attending scheduled sessions, maintaining access to any necessary third-party accounts, and deciding whether and how to implement recommendations or systems.
The engagement provides analysis, strategy, guidance and a structured plan. Outcomes depend substantially on the client's participation, decisions and implementation. No specific personal, professional, commercial, financial, relationship or psychological outcome is guaranteed.
7. Not medical or emergency care
These services are advisory and consulting services. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or emergency care, do not provide diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for appropriately qualified clinical or emergency support. Participation assumes sufficient personal stability for this type of work.
8. Intellectual property
Frameworks, methods, reports, materials, prompts, systems designs and other provider-created intellectual property remain the property of the provider unless expressly agreed otherwise. Clients may use materials delivered to them for their own internal or personal purposes. Commercial redistribution, resale or publication requires written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from a client's decisions, implementation, third-party systems or outcomes. Where liability can lawfully be limited, total liability relating to a specific engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Subject to mandatory law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
